From Military Moves to Real Estate Roots

My journey into real estate didn’t start with a passion for homes—it started with a passion for helping families feel settled, supported, and seen.

As a former military child turned military spouse, I know what it’s like to pack up everything and start over. I’ve lived in more zip codes than I can count, and through each move, I saw how overwhelming and emotional relocation can be—especially when kids are involved.

When my husband medically retired from the Army, we chose Winter Garden as our forever home. We fell in love with the small-town charm, the family-focused neighborhoods, and the sense of community that just felt different from anywhere else we’d lived.

It didn’t take long before I realized that all the experience I had navigating change, juggling logistics, and building a life from scratch could help other families do the same—just with more ease and way less stress.

Since launching Fitzpatrick Realty Group, I’ve helped over 100+ families relocate with confidence—and I’d be honored to be part of your story too.

We’re a busy sports-loving, park-hopping crew and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

You’ll find us at the farmer’s market, a local restaurant, or cheering on the sidelines with snacks in hand.

Life around here is never boring, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As a mom of four amazing kids (including one with autism and two with ADHD), I’ve learned how to embrace the chaos, celebrate the small wins, and always find the magic in the everyday.

Whether I’m running between football practice and tumbling class, binge-watching Harry Potter for the 100th time, or sneaking off to Axum for my favorite coffee—I’m all about creating a life that blends family, fun, and a little fantasy.
