I’m a mom of four active kids (three of them deeply into sports), wife to a retired Army veteran, and a local realtor proudly serving families relocating to and from the Winter Garden and greater Orlando area.

This month, we’re highlighting one of our family favorites—Mangoni Italian Market Pizza in Winter Garden. Not only is their ghost margherita pizza next-level (we’re obsessed), but the hazelnut gelato is a personal favorite. Plus, the turf field right outside makes it the perfect spot for parents—our kids love burning off energy while we relax.

Don’t miss one of Winter Garden’s most festive traditions! The Halloween Light Show is back and brighter than ever—featuring a spooky, family-friendly projection show set to music on the front of City Hall. It runs October 24, 25, 26, and 31 from 7:00–9:00 PM, and it’s totally free to attend. Bring the kids, grab a treat from a nearby café, and enjoy the Halloween magic right in the heart of downtown Winter Garden!

Looking for a fun way to celebrate spooky season in Winter Garden? The historic Garden Theatre is hosting two Halloween movie screenings on Saturday, October 25, and there’s something for everyone!
Bring the whole family to the 2:00 PM showing of Hocus Pocus—a festive, kid-friendly favorite that’s perfect for an afternoon at the movies. Then, for the thrill-seekers, stick around for a classic horror night with A Nightmare on Elm Street at 8:00 PM. Tickets are just $5!
